2. Are there really no commissions on sales?
Yes, we do not take any percentage of your sales. Instead, a flat fee of 10 KWD is deducted for every 500 KWD in monthly sales, and no fees are charged for sales below 20 KWD.
3. How are orders delivered?
We offer two delivery options:
✅ If you have your own drivers: No delivery fees will be charged by Winkels.
✅ If you don’t have drivers: You can use our partnered delivery service for a fixed rate of 1.500 KWD per order, or contract with another delivery company of your choice.
4. Can I set a minimum order amount?
Yes, you can set a minimum order amount that aligns with your pricing strategy and profitability goals.
5. Do I have to pay any fees to register?
No, registration is completely free, and there are no monthly subscription fees.
6. How can I increase my sales on the app?
You can boost your visibility by subscribing to in-app advertising, where you can promote your restaurant at the top of the listings for as little as 1 KWD per hour.
7. How are payments processed, and when do I receive my earnings?
Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, and your earnings will be transferred according to the agreed payout schedule.
8. Can I easily update my menu and pricing?
Yes, you can manage your menu and pricing effortlessly through your dedicated restaurant dashboard in the app.
9. Can I use my own delivery staff?
Yes! If you have your own drivers, you won’t be charged any delivery fees from our side. The only cost you will bear is the payment gateway processing fee for online transactions.
